The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China recently issued a notice on the announcement of the 2022 Green Manufacturing List, and yes, Zhejiang AMA & Hien Technology Co., Ltd. is on the list, as always.
What is a “Green Factory”?
A “Green Factory” is a key enterprise with a solid foundation and strong representativeness in the advantageous industries. It refers to a factory that has achieved Intensive Use of Land, Harmless Raw Materials, Clean Production, Waste Resources Utilisation, and Low-Carbon Energy. It is not only the implementation subject of green manufacturing, but also the core support unit of the green manufacturing system.
The “Green Factories” are the embodiment of the strength of industrial enterprises at the leading level in energy conservation, environmental protection, green development, and other aspects. The national-level “Green Factories” are evaluated by the MIIT Departments at all levels, gradually. They are selected for the purpose of improving the green manufacturing system in China, that fully promoting green manufacturing, and helping the industrial fields achieve the goals of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality. They are the representative enterprises with high-quality green development in the industries.
What are the strengths of Hien then then?
By creating a series of green factory activities, Hien has integrated lifecycle concepts into product design and production processes. Ecological and environmental protection concepts have been integrated into the selection of raw materials and product production processes. The indicators of unit energy consumption, water consumption, and pollutant generation of the product are all at the leading level in the industry.

Besides Hien’s products have passed energy-saving certification, CCC certification, Made in Zhejiang certification, China Environmental Labeling Product Certification, and CRAA certification etc. Hien effectively and reasonably utilizes resources through a series of measures additionally, for example, using recycled plastic materials instead of raw plastic materials, and reducing the use of non-recyclable materials.
