Hien’s 2023 Semi-Annual Sales Meeting Was Grandly Held

From July 8th to 9th, the Hien 2023 Semi-annual Sales Conference and Commendation Conference was successfully held at Tianwen Hotel in Shenyang. Chairman Huang Daode, Executive VP Wang Liang, and sales elites from the Northern Sales Department and the Southern Sales Department attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized the sales performance, after-sales service, market promotion and other matters of the first half of the year, and conducted professional skills training, rewarded outstanding individuals and teams, and formulated a sales plan for the second half of the year. At the meeting, the chairman pointed out in his speech that it is very meaningful for our company’s sales elites from all over the country to gather together in the Northeast of China. We achieved good results overall in the first half of the year, we still need to promote the market through a series of work, continue to recruit sales agents and distributors, and offer them support as quickly as we can.

The sales summary for the first half of 2023 was explained in detail, and the key issues in after-sales service and marketing were introduced one by one. At the same time, professional trainings were carried out on the Internet of Things, products in the northern and southern markets, management methods, the development direction of international trade, the operation of northern engineering projects, and project bidding etc.

On July 9th, the southern sales department and the northern sales department conducted targeted training respectively. In order to better carry out the work in the second half of the year, the sales departments of the North and the South also separately discussed and studied their respective sales plans. In the evening, all the participants of Hien company gathered together for a banquet. A grand award ceremony was held, and honorary certificates and bonuses were awarded to individuals and teams with outstanding performance in the first half of 2023 to motivate the sales elite.
