Hien, One of the largest air source heat pump professional manufacturers in China, has captured more than 10% of the domestic market share. With more than 130 invention patents, 2 R&D centers, a national post-doctoral research workstation, Hien has been committed to research and development on the core technology of air source heat pump for more than 20 years.
Recently, Hien has successfully reached cooperation agreement with world-renowned heating enterprises, and overseas orders from Germany, South Korea and other countries have poured in.

Starting the electronic component business in 1992, however, Mr. Huang quickly found the fierce competition in this industry. During his business trip to Shanghai in 2000, Mr. Huang learned about the energy-saving feature and the market prospect of heat pump. With his business acumen, he seized this opportunity without hesitation and set up a R & D team in Suzhou. From designing artwork, to making samples, to overcoming technical difficulties, he participated in the whole process, often staying up all night in the laboratory alone. In 2003, with the joint efforts of the team, the first air energy heat pump was successfully launched.
In order to open the new market, Mr. Huang made a bold decision that all the products offered to clients could be used for one year free of charge. And now you can find Hien everywhere in China: government, schools, hotels, hospitals, families and even in some of the world’s biggest event, such as world Expo, World University Games, Boao Forum for Asia, National Agricultural Games, G20 Summit etc. At the same time, Hien also participated in setting the national standard “heat pump water heater for commercial or industrial use and similar purposes”.

For the sake of further upgrading the latest technology, Hien and Zhejiang University of Technology jointly developed the project, which was successfully heat the water to 75-80 ℃ at the -40 ℃ environment through the air source heat pump. This technology has filled the gap in domestic industry. In January 2020, these newly developed air source heat pumps made by Hien were installed in Genhe, Inner Mongolia, one of the coldest places in China, and were successfully put into use at Genhe Airport, keeping the temperature in the airport above 20 ℃ all day.
In addition, Mr. Huang told Wen Zhou Daily that Hien used to purchase all the four major components of heat pump heating. Now, except for the compressor, the others are produced by itself, and the core technology has been firmly in its own hands.
More than 3000 million yuan has been invested to equip advanced production lines and introduce fully automatic robot welding to achieve quality closed loop in the production process. At the same time, Hien has created a big data operation and maintenance center to escort the air source heat pump water heaters distributed all over the country.
In 2020, the annual output value of Hien has exceeded 0.5 billion yuan, with sales outlets almost all over the country. Now Hien is ready to expand into the international market, being confident to sell its products all over the world.
